The Careline Alarm Package
Careline Alarm Base Unit
The Careline base unit can be installed by the alarm user within a few short moments. It needs to be plugged into the mains power and a telephone socket. The telephone can then be connected to the unit using the adaptor provided. The base unit has a built-in microphone and loudspeaker so that alarm users can speak clearly to our Monitoring Centre. The unit will also work during a power cut, thanks to a 40-hour back-up battery.
MyAmie Pendant
The MyAmie Pendant has multiple wearing options. It can be worn around the alarm user's neck or wrist, as well as on a belt using a clip. This pendant will work through the home and outside in the garden. It can even be worn in the bath and shower as it is waterproof. In an emergency, the alarm user simply pushes the red pendant button. This will alert the Monitoring Centre, who will respond immediately.
Vibby Fall Detector
The Vibby automatically detects a fall and sends an alert message through to the monitoring centre - providing even more comfort to the alarm user and their loved ones. Confirmation that an alert has been raised will be given by an LED light and vibration.
Much like the MyAmie Pendant, the Vibby is discreet and stylish. It can also be worn in the bath or shower as it is waterproof. If the alarm user feels unwell or is concerned about their security at home, they can still press the help button on their pendant - as they would with the regular pendant.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
