Your Careline alarm box comes with the alarm base unit and the stylish MyAmie pendant device. Inside, you will also find a wrist strap and a neck cord so that you have a choice of wearing your pendant around your neck or your wrist.
All you need to do is plug the base unit into your telephone socket and a power supply and you are ready to test your pendant. Once this test call is complete you will be covered by our 24 hour monitoring team, who work 365 days a year to ensure that you are being looked after and have somebody to call for in an emergency.

Careline Pendant Belt Clip
Although the main wearing options for our alarms are the wrist and neck, there is a third option available for those who aren’t too keen on the base options.
The belt clip accessory is an option that, as you can tell by its name, allows our customers to wear their pendants on their belts. The little white clip matches the MyAmie Pendant perfectly and simply clips onto the back of the device.
You then just need to slide it onto your belt, in a position which you feel most comfortable.

Easy Press Adaptors
Our Easy Press Adaptors will fit around the Careline pendant when worn around the neck.
It is only necessary for customers who have very weak hands, often due to medical conditions like arthritis or motor neurone disease. For customers with weak hands the easy press adaptors are a easy way to ensure that the user is able to activate the alarm when needed.
The clear plastic fits securely over the top of the MyAmie pendant and makes it much easier to press thanks to the increased surface area.

Spare accessory neck cords or wrist straps
Many Careline365 customers like to have spare neck cords or wrist straps for their alarm system. This is mainly down to the many great features of the MyAmie Pendant which allows customers to wear it in many different locations and conditions.
For example, our pendants are waterproof and therefore can be worn in the shower or bath. This leads to some customers wanting to switch the straps after getting them wet.
Gardeners can also keep their pendant on thanks to the impressive pendant range of up to 100 metres. Those who wear their pendant when gardening may want to wash the cords every so often, so having spare neck cord will allow them to continue wearing their pendant – even when the other cord is being washed.
Others simply like to keep a spare cord or strap just in case they misplace or lose their original – which can happen to all of us! Two spare Careline pendant cords or wrist straps cost £9.99, including next day delivery.
Spare Careline pendant
Here at Careline365, we are able to programme multiple pendants to a single alarm base unit. This means that customers have the option to have more than one pendant in a single property.
Some customers buy a second pendant to give the same protection to a spouse or loved one living in the same property. You don’t have to buy a second alarm, we can simply link up your existing alarm to the new pendant. It doesn’t stop there! If there are more than two people in the same household who would benefit from a Careline alarm, we can offer pendants to all of them.
We also have customers that like to have a spare pendant that can either be used for a specific purpose like gardening or that can be permanently left by the bed or in the bathroom.
