The Careline Package
All alarm users in Exeter will receive a base unit and pendant.
The Base Unit
The Careline base unit allows clear communication via the built-in microphone and loudspeaker system. The unit itself can be installed and set-up within a few minutes. It simply needs to be plugged into the telephone socket and a power supply, it couldn't be easier!
The Pendant Button
The MyAmie Pendant is worn around the neck like a necklace or around the wrist like a watch. It is small, discreet and stylish, with many alarm users keeping their pendant on even when they leave their home. If a user needs help, they simple press the red part of their button.
Key Safes
For added security in Exeter, we would advise that our users purchase a key safe alongside their alarm.
A key safe is a secure metal box which can be used to house spare property keys. The keys are then locked in the key safe box and can be accessed by a unique code which is set by the user.
Key safes can be life saving in an emergency situation as the key safe code can be passed onto the emergency services. If an emergency contact or key holder cannot be contacted when the alarm has been activated, the emergency services will be able to retrieve property keys from the key safe and enter the property as quickly as possible, without causing any damage.
