Careline Vi Alarm Base Unit
The Careline alarm base unit pictured above is a very stylish and non-invasive piece of technology that can easily be placed anywhere in the home. It consists of three buttons on the unit itself all of which come in use when programming the alarm and also when help is required. The unit is an easy plug and play system and just requires a mains and telephone line to get it setup and running.
MyAmie Pendant
The MyAmie pendant which comes alongside the base unit is the important pendant button which the user wears around the home and garden and presses if ever they are in need of help. It's small and discrete, can be worn a number of ways and is even waterproof, so it can be kept on in the shower.

24-hour Monitoring Centre
Whenever the Careline alarm is activated an alert goes through to our Care team who work 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Once they receive the alert they will dial through to the Careline Base unit and try to make contact with the user. Even if contact isn't made over the loudspeaker the Care Team will still call for help, either your nominated contacts or the emergency services if medical attention is needed.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
