PERSONAL HOME ALARM PACKAGE
All alarm receive the alarm base unit and pendant button.
Personal Home Alarm Unit
The base unit for the personal home alarm unit allows the user to communicate with the monitoring team. This little box can be installed by the alarm user in a few minutes; it simply plugs into the mains power and telephone socket, with the telephone plugging into the back of the unit via an adaptor. Communication is possible through the loudspeaker and built-in microphone system.
Personal Home Alarm Pendant
Our alarm users also receive a discreet pendant button. This is worn on the wrist or around the neck. Both attachments are included, so it is down to personal preference. The pendant is waterproof so that the wearer can still raise an alarm if they slip in the shower. It's also possible to alert the monitoring team if the user falls in the garden, as it has a range of up to 100 metres.
Vibby Fall Detector Pendant
For added security we would advise upgrading to our fall detector package. This includes the new Vibby Fall Detector, which is worn around the neck. The Vibby automatically detects a fall and sends an alert message through to the monitoring centre. Confirmation that an alert has been raised will be given by an LED light and vibration.
Much like standard home alarm pendant, the Vibby is discreet and stylish. It can also be worn in the bath or shower as it is waterproof. If the alarm user feels unwell or is concerned about their security at home, they can still press the help button on their pendant - as they would with the standard pendant.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
