Returning Equipment
Please make sure you return ALL equipment and accessories which include:

Did you know: you can transfer the Careline alarm service to another user if you know a family member or friend who would benefit from this service.
Unlike a new customer, there would not be an initial setup fee, and only if they wanted to keep the service ongoing would they have to pay again on the renewal date. We would also send out a brand new alarm system.
Sending Back the Alarm Equipment
1. Remove the attachment on the back of the pendant by turning the clip anti-clockwise.
2. Remove the battery cover, insert a coin into the slot and turn it anticlockwise. Remove the back panel.
3. Remove the battery and return both the Fall Detector and battery along with your alarm equipment.
