We provide our Careline service to the whole of the UK however we pride ourselves on being Sefton's most popular personal alarm provider.
If you're worrying about being at home alone, a Careline Sefton alarm from Careline365 is the perfect solution.
We're on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help. If you need any help - if you have a fall or simply feel unwell - then all you have to do is press your pendant.
We will then call any help that you need. If you simply need someones help to get off the floor, we will contact your emergency contacts. If you need medical help, we will contac the emergency services for you.
Which pendant should you choose?
We offer two different pendants to go alongside our Careline in Sefton
Careline Fall Detector
A Fall Detector is an upgraded pendant which detects if you have a fall. If you are unable to press your pendant for any reason, the Vibby Fall Detector will send an automatic alarm call to our Care Team.
Careline Pendant
With your Sefton Careline alarm, by default, you will be sent the small standard pendant which can be worn around your neck or around the wrist - we do send you both attachments.
Which Key Safe should you choose?
Our range of Key Safe's range from 4-digit lock combinations to 11-digit combinations
Ensure your keys are easily accessible
A Key Safe is a small box with goes on the outside of your house. It is secured by a combination lock which you will set. It will be home to your keys - that may be a front door key, a backdoor key or maybe both.
They work in unison with your personal alarm. If you don't already have one, we recommend that you purchase one when you're ordering your Careline365 alarm.
Whichever Key Safe you choose, it will mean that if we need to call the emergency services (or even an emergency contact who doesn't have a key), we will be able to tell them your Key Safe code and they will be able to let themselves into your property using the key which they have taken out of your Key Safe.
This will allow them to get in quicker and safer than they otherwise could have.
It also saves the emergency services having to knock down your door if you're unable to answer it!

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.

The pendant which accompanies the Careline alarm's base unit has some useful features:

- It's waterproof for use in the bath or shower.
