The Careline Alarm Package

The Careline Base Unit allows the alarm user to communicate with our 24-hour Monitoring Team. The unit simply plugs into the telephone socket and mains power, with the telephone connecting to the back of the unit. The base unit has a built-in microphone and loudspeaker to help make communication crisp and clear. The Monitoring Team will use the loudspeaker to speak to the user in an emergency.
Red Button Pendant
All alarm users will wear the red button pendant around their neck or wrist - depending on their preference. This device is waterproof for use in the bath and shower, and will work throughout the home and garden thanks to a range of up to 100 metres. Alarm users can press the red help button on their pendant to alert the Monitoring Team. The pendant is small and has been designed with comfort in mind.
Vibby Fall Detector
Our Fall Detector Pendant provides even more protection, especially for those prone to falls. The Fall Detector Pendant automatically detects a fall and sends an alert message through to the Monitoring Team. Confirmation that an alert has been raised will be given by an LED light and vibration.
Much like the Red Button Pendant, the Fall Detector is discreet and stylish. It can also be worn in the bath or shower as it is waterproof. If the alarm user feels unwell or is concerned about their security at home, they can still press the help button on their pendant - as they would with the standard pendant.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
