Returns

An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 30 days* of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, packaging. If an unwanted alarm is returned, all service charges will be refunded and all Careline365 require is the set-up fee.

This returns policy for opened and unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made, online or over the phone.

Optional Fall Detection

For added security the Careline SOS GPS Alarm can be upgraded to our fall detection technology service. If a fall is detected the pendant will trigger an automatic call to our Care Team(*).

3) If you are unable to hear the team, or respond, they will inform your nominated emergency contacts. Where medical attention is required, the emergency services will be alerted.
