2. Customers will receive 12 months of monitoring service for the price of 11. The free period is applied by discounting the cost of the 12th month from the service fee only. 3. The 1-month trial monitoring service begins on the date your order is placed and runs for 30 consecutive days.
4. Before the end of the 30-day trial, customers must sign up for a new subscription with Careline365 as part of the registration process. When you complete the registration and choose your subscription, no payments will be taken until the end of the first 30 days.
5. To ensure the Careline365 Care Team can provide effective emergency support from day one, customers must complete both the Careline365 registration and the New Customer Form.

1. This Black Friday promotion gives eligible customers £10 off the standard price of an annual Careline365 subscription when the promotional code BF10 is entered at checkout.
2. The offer is available to new customers purchasing an annual subscription for the first time. New customers will also receive any existing new customer offers active at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The offer applies only to annual subscriptions purchased directly through Careline365.
3. The promotion is available for a limited time and is subject to availability. Careline365 reserves the right to end, suspend or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
4. To redeem the offer, customers must enter the code BF10 at checkout. The discount will be applied once the code is accepted. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used alongside any other promotions unless explicitly stated.
