1. This offer is available to new customers only and applies exclusively to annual subscription plans for Careline365 monitoring services when purchasing the Careline365 Personal Alarm Watch with Fall Detection.
2. Customers will receive 12 months of monitoring service for the price of 11. The free period is applied by discounting the cost of the 12th month from the service fee only. If the product is already on offer, the discount will be in addition and will be worked out as a 12th of the discounted service rate.
3. The discount applies only to the service fee associated with the annual subscription. The product fee for the Careline365 Personal Alarm Watch is excluded and must be paid in full as a one-off charge.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts other that those stated in point 2, is not transferable, and has no cash alternative.

2. All refunds for the personal alarm watch with fall detection, including the 1-month trial monitoring service, are handled directly by Ideal World. For more information see link to Ideal World terms and conditions below.
3. The 1-month trial monitoring service begins on the date your order is placed and runs for 30 consecutive days.
4. Before the end of the 30-day trial, customers must sign up for a new subscription with Careline365 as part of the registration process. When you complete the registration and choose your subscription, no payments will be taken until the end of the first 30 days.
5. To ensure the Careline365 Care Team can provide effective emergency support from day one, customers must complete both the Careline365 registration and the New Customer Form.
