How Our Subscriptions Work
In-home speaker alarms
Getting started is simple - there's a one-off setup fee of £45, then you choose to pay either quarterly or annually for your ongoing service. This covers both the equipment rental and our 24/7 monitoring, so everything's included in one easy payment.
Because the equipment is rented, we do ask that you return it when you decide to end your subscription.
Pendant Alarms

Wrist watch alarms
Our watches work a little differently - instead of a setup fee, there's a product fee, which means you buy the watch outright and it's yours to keep. You then pay for the monitoring service either monthly or annually.
Cancellation
If you ever decide to cancel your subscription, we just ask for 30 days' notice so we can make sure everything is arranged properly for you.
