Working my way up to managing our Alarm Response Centre, I've seen firsthand how we always keep what matters most at the heart of everything we do - the people who depend on us. I lead the team that answers your calls when you need us most. It's a responsibility I don't take lightly. What I'm most proud of is how we've maintained our personal touch even as we've grown, while ensuring help reaches you as quickly as possible when every second counts. The voice you hear when you press your alarm belongs to someone who truly cares - someone who will take the time to understand your situation and get you exactly the right help.
