We provide personal alarm services that connect people to our UK-based Care Team at the press of a button, offering peace of mind to individuals and their families across the country.

From our early days over 40 years ago to where we are now, we've stayed true to what matters most: real people providing genuine care when you need it most.

Our journey begins...

Over four decades ago, we started as part of McCarthy & Stone retirement homes with a simple mission: to help people live safely and confidently in their own homes through our monitoring service.

The Appello Group has grown significantly since then, now providing monitoring services and more across the UK. But our core values have never changed - genuine care and putting people first remain at the heart of everything we do.

We then became part of the Peverel Group (now Consensus Business Group), joining a family of companies dedicated to supporting communities and enhancing people's lives.
