If you don't answer when expected, we'll follow our emergency procedure. We will make sure you're safe by calling your nominated emergency contacts or the emergency services. It's the same protection we provide with our personal alarm services.
We will call you over your home phone or mobile, whichever you prefer.
Check-in Calls last around 5 minutes.
Companion Calls last around 15 minutes.
Absolutely. Once you've chosen your choice of Caring Calls, we'll send you a form by email so you can select what day and time slot you would like us to call.
