About the Careline Pendant
The Careline Pendant is a small, discreet device which connects to the personal alarm base unit and can be worn around your neck or your wrist. The option you choose is down to your preference and both suitable attachments are included alongside the pendant and base unit.
The stylish pendant features a red button which the user is required to press in an emergency. Doing so will send an alert through to Careline365’s Care Team, who work 24-hours a day to ensure that help is provided to those who need it. A member of the team will talk with you over the base unit loudspeaker before calling for help.
The Careline pendant also has a few impressive features that help you to carry on living your daily life as normal:
- Waterproof – The Careline pendant will not be affected by water, which means you can keep it on in the bath and shower. This daily routine can often put the elderly or disabled at risk of a fall due to the slippery surface of the bath. We do advise that the pendant is not submerged in water for longer than 30 minutes.
- Powerful Range – If you are a keen gardener or like to sit outside in the sunshine then you will still be protected. This is because our pendant has an impressive range of up to 100 metres, which means it can still connect to the base unit whilst outside. Please do remember to test the pendant outside as gardens do come in all shapes and sizes.
- Huge Battery Life – The batteries for the Careline Pendant will last around seven years! This means you will not have to worry about the device running out of power and better yet, Careline365 will receive a notification when it is running low and we will send you a free replacement.
