Our response team are specially trained to provide assistance after an alarm activation. If, for any reason, you cannot speak to our response team or we cannot hear you, we will assume that it is an emergency and alert your emergency contacts and the emergency services.
If you require medical assistance, our response team will contact the emergency services on your behalf. The emergency services will also be called if you are unable to respond to our team.
No, Lifeline alarms do not require a mobile phone connection. They use either your home phone line or an inbuilt SIM card to send alerts to the Lifeline response team.
