Returns

An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 30 days* of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, packaging. If an unwanted alarm is returned, all service charges will be refunded and all Careline365 require is the set-up fee.

This returns policy for opened and unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made, online or over the phone.

Our Careline Pendant Alarm comes with a traditional red pendant which connects to our 24/7 Care Team at the press of a button. The pendant is lightweight, waterproof, and can be worn on the wrist or around the neck to suit the user’s preference.

 

Works in the Home and Garden

The alarm pendant connects to the base unit with a 100m range, giving you access to 24/7 support, whether you’re inside your home or out enjoying the garden.

 

Smoke Detector Compatible

Our optical smoke detector connects to our Careline Pendant Alarm, triggering an audible warning and sending an automatic alert to our Emergency Care Team if smoke is detected.

 

Upgrade to Fall Detection

The Careline Essential Alarm Plan is compatible with our fall detector pendant. Upgrade to fall detection to benefit from automatic alerts after a fall2, providing additional reassurance when you need it.

Careline365 personal alarms all connect to our in-house 24/7 Emergency Care Team. Accredited by the TSA, our team are trained to the highest standard, providing you with the help you need, when you need it.

1) Trigger your Pendant Alarm by pressing the button on your pendant or alarm base to contact our 24/7 Emergency Care Team.

2) The team will answer your call and speak to you over the alarm base unit.

3) If you are unable to hear the team, or respond, they will inform your nominated emergency contacts. Where medical attention is required, the emergency services will be alerted.

Our response team are specially trained to provide assistance after an alarm activation. If, for any reason, you cannot speak to our response team or we cannot hear you, we will assume that it is an emergency and alert your emergency contacts and the emergency services.

If you require medical assistance, our response team will contact the emergency services on your behalf. The emergency services will also be called if you are unable to respond to our team.

No, Careline alarms do not require a mobile phone connection. They use either your home phone line or an inbuilt SIM card to send alerts to the Careline365 response team.
