This alarm is only a short-term, last-resort option where your home has neither a mobile signal or internet connection and you have a traditional landline phone. As this alarm is not compatible with the UK’s landline-to-digital switchover and will need upgrading when your home and phone line is switched.

Our response team are specially trained to provide assistance after an alarm activation. If, for any reason, you cannot speak to our response team or we cannot hear you, we will assume that it is an emergency and alert your emergency contacts and the emergency services.
If you require medical assistance, our response team will contact the emergency services on your behalf. The emergency services will also be called if you are unable to respond to our team.
No, Careline alarms do not require a mobile phone connection. They use either your home phone line or an inbuilt SIM card to send alerts to the Careline365 response team.

Our Careline alarms are provided on a rental basis. The price of the plan includes the hire cost of the equipment, the 24/7 monitoring of the system, and any technical support that may be needed for the duration of the plan.
