Our GPS Pendant Alarm and Personal Alarm Watch can locate you in an emergency. When you activate your alarm, our GPS technology helps us locate you quickly, whether you're at home or out and about. This means help can reach you faster, and your family can have peace of mind knowing we can always find you.
Automatic Fall Detection
Our fall detection technology uses sensors to automatically detect when you've had a fall. If a fall is detected, your alarm instantly connects to our UK-based Care Team - without you needing to press the button. If you can't speak to us, we'll arrange help for you.
How our personal alarms work
Simple Setup
Our personal alarms are simple to set up - just plug it into mains power and you're ready. For the strongest possible connection, we recommend connecting it to your broadband as well. Every alarm comes with a clear, step-by-step guide that shows you exactly how to get everything working. If you need any help during setup, our team is always here to talk you through it.
Press for Help
Wear your pendant or wristband anywhere around your home and garden. Press the button to connect directly to our UK-based Care Team through the base unit's clear speaker system. If your plan includes fall detection, the alarm will automatically call through if a fall is detected - no need to press anything. Help will be called if you can't press your pendant.
Speak to our Care Team
Our experienced Care Team will talk to you to understand what's happened and assess your situation. They'll determine the right level of help needed - whether that's reassurance, contacting your emergency contacts, or calling emergency services. If for any reason you can't speak to our Care Team, don't worry - they'll still follow emergency procedures to ensure help is sent to you.
Help is Arranged
Our Care Team will contact your chosen emergency contacts and arrange the right assistance - whether that's a family member popping round or the emergency services. We'll keep you informed throughout, so you'll always know help is on its way and never be left wondering what's happening.
