Our Careline Homecare products are ideal for elderly and frail residents who live alone. If you have a fall or feel unwell you can simply press your pendant button, which is worn around the neck or wrist, and help will be sent.

What happens when you push your pendant?
The help you need, when you need it.
The Careline Alarm works using your existing landline. This keeps you connected you to our UK-based, Platinum Accredited care team.
When you push the button on the alarm pendant, an instant call goes out to the team. They will then speak to you over the speaker system on the base unit to determine the kind of help you need, be it from neighbours, relatives or the emergency services.
If you can't get close enough to the unit to reply, don't worry! Our care team will try calling the landline and, failing that, will assume you need help and send it within moments.
24-hour Monitoring Centre
The team at our 24-hour monitoring centre are highly-trained and work 365 days a year to ensure that our customers always have somebody to call for help.
Once a pendant or alarm unit button is pressed and notification is sent to the monitoring team. A team member will respond over the loudspeaker to assess the situation and take the appropriate action.
The monitoring will also speak to you on a monthly basis as you complete your test calls. In an emergency the monitoring team will stay with you over the loudspeaker to ensure that you remain calm and that everything is okay.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency. The Piper Alarm service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package. The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team. In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the Care Team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
