What is a Careline Alarm?
Careline 365's personal alarms are designed to protect the elderly, frail, and disabled at home. We want to ensure our customers across the East of England feel like they are in safe hands 24/7.

Our alarm systems come in two parts: the base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a pendant that hangs around the wrist or neck. It is easy to install, and a quick test connects the user to our 24-hour Care Team.

Users need only press the red button on their pendant and the team quickly respond and offer help. They can then alert emergency contacts and, if necessary, the emergency services.
