A Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail, disabled people remain in their own homes and maintain their independence, with the knowledge that they always have somebody there to help them in an emergency. Everything you need is included in the Careline365 package. Our Careline alarms can be easily installed or set up, and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour Care Team. In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the button on their device and our monitoring team will respond. Our team will speak with you through your device and assess the situation. They will arrange the help you need, whether that's the emergency services or the support of your emergency contacts.

The pendant which accompanies the Careline alarm's base unit has some useful features: It's lightweight, comfortable and discreet. It can be worn around the wrist or neck. It's waterproof for use in the bath or shower. It has a range of around 100 metres for use in the garden.
