Wear your GPS Personal Alarm Watch anywhere in or out of the home. Press the button to connect directly to our UK-based Care Team and speak through the watch. If your Personal Alarm Watch has fall detection, the alarm will automatically call through if a fall is detected - no need to press anything. Help will be called if you can't press your pendant.
Speak to our Care Team
Our experienced Care Team will talk to you through your GPS Watch to understand what's happened and assess your situation. They'll determine the right level of help needed - whether that's reassurance, contacting your emergency contacts, or calling emergency services. If for any reason you can't speak to our Care Team, don't worry - they'll still follow emergency procedures to ensure help is sent to you. With GPS location tracking, they'll be able to find exactly where you are and direct help to your location.
