Press your Alarm Button or base unit to send an instant alert to our 24/7 emergency Care Team.
With fall detection included, the Alarm Button will also automatically send an alert to our Care Team if a fall is detected, providing an additional layer of security and reassurance.
Our team will speak to you through the base unit, contact your emergency contacts, and alert the emergency services if needed.
It’s fast, simple, and designed to get you help when you need it most.
Your Alarm Button does not need to be charged. When the battery runs low, our system automatically lets us know, and we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
