FAQ – How Do I Order a Careline Alarm?

If you would like to order a Careline alarm for your loved one, or for yourself, we have a very simple ordering system. There are no waiting lists and there is no need to arrange an appointment with an engineer. There are three ways of ordering the Careline alarm:

Order Online

Ordering online could not be any easier. Once on our website, you can visit the pricing page. Simply select the option that is most suitable from our three main plans:

You will then have the option to add any additional products such as a key safe or an additional pendant. We always try our best to ensure that we offer the best quality alarms for the best price, so if you find a better price elsewhere, let us know and we will discuss our price match guarantee.

Order by Phone

If online ordering isn’t your thing, you can always call our lovely Customer Service Team. We can be reached on our freephone number 0808 304 4183.

A member of staff can answer any questions your loved one may have and guide you through the entire process from start until finish. We don’t need to take the emergency contact information straight away, for the order all we need is:

  • Billing Details – Who is paying and the address where the card is registered.
  • Delivery Details – Whose name is on the package and the address.
  • Alarm User’s Name.
  • Order Contact.
  • Payment details.

If you are ordering on behalf of your loved one, you can choose the delivery details. If you would like it sent straight to the alarm user, just give us the address. Alternatively, if you would like the alarm delivered to yourself, for you to install, we can organise this.

We can take all of the alarm user details in our New Customer Form. This will include the emergency contact information and the alarm user’s address.

Order by Post

Last but not least, we do have a postal ordering system. This will make the ordering process longer but the option is available for the alarm user. Simply give us a call (0808 304 4183) and we can send you our Information Pack with our Ordering Form. Your loved one can select their preferred plan and send us a cheque for payment.

Order a Careline Alarm
