Should an alarm user press their Careline Pendant, an alert messages is sent straight to the monitoring team. They will respond within a matter of seconds, to assess the situation and take the appropriate actions.
Whether you require help from a neighbour, a relative, or the emergency services, they will make the necessary call to ensure help is on it's way within moments.
If you are not in a position to respond, they will try and make contact by phone and, failing that, will assume you need assistance and call up your emergency contacts.

It includes and loudspeaker and microphone system, so that our alarm users can have clear communication with the Careline Monitoring Team. In an emergency, the monitoring team will use the loudspeaker to speak with the alarm user. The red button on the base unit can be used as a call for help, with the green button acting as a cancel function.

The pendant can be worn in the bathroom as it is waterproof, and can still be worn outside in the garden thanks to a range of up to 100 metres.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
