Fall Detectors - The Vibby
Fall Detectors can provide the elderly and disabled with even more security and peace of mind. The Vibby is similar to our standard pendant, however it can automatically detect a fall and will send an alert through to our monitoring team.
Of course, the Vibby Pendant does also have a help button that can be pressed, and we reccomend that you manually press the button yourself when possible, as opposed to solely relying on fall detection.

Multiple choice wearing options. Alarm users can choose to wear their Fall Detector around their neck or around their wrist like a watch.
Our Fall Detectors are light, with the Vibby weighing just 35g.
The Vibby is waterproof for use in the bathroom.
The Vibby comes in a modern white casing, made from hypoallergenic plastic.
Our Fall Detectors will vibrate once an alarm call has been activated. An LED light will also flash to show that an alarm call has been made.

Emergency Contacts
All alarm users will need to have at least one emergency contact on their Careline profile.
24/7 Monitoring Centre
All of our alarm users, whether they're using the standard pendant or one of our Fall Detectors, will be covered by our 24/7 monitoring team. Once a fall is detected, or a help button has been pressed, an alert call is made through to the monitoring centre.
A member of the highly-trained team will respond within a few short seconds, via the alarm base unit's loudspeaker. The team member will try to communicate with the alarm user to see what has happened, before taking the appropriate actions.
This includes contacting family members, friends and/or neighbours (emergency contacts), and the emergency services if they're required.
Our monitoring team will have details of the alarm user's medical history on-hand, in order to help put the paramedics in the best position to help.
