Lifeline Vi Alarm Base Unit
The Lifeline Vi is full of the latest Telecare technology and has been designed to be easy and simple to use. Simply plug the unit into your telephone socket and a power socket, before connecting your phone to the unit with the adapter provided. The loudspeaker allows the monitoring team to speak with our customers in a clear voice throughout the testing process, and in an emergency.
MyAmie Pendant
This sleek pendant can be worn as a bracelet around the wrist, or as a necklace with the neck cord provided. The pendant is lightweight and can be easily concealed under your sleeves. The Pendant will still work in the bath or shower as it is waterproof, and will also still connect to the base unit from outside in the garden. This is because it has a range of up to 100 metres - please test before use.

Help is available - Day or night!
Through our personal alarm service you will connected to our 24-hour monitoring team - who work 365 days a year!
If you have a fall or very unwell in any way you can press the red button on your pendant, which will send an alert call to the monitoring team. They will respond immediately over the base unit's loudspeaker to determine what kind of help is required.
This may include getting in touch with your emergency contacts, commonly made up of neighbours, family members or close friends. The emergency services will also be called for if they are required.
If you can't get close enough to the unit to reply, don't worry! Our care team will try calling the landline and, failing that, will assume you need help and send it within moments.

What is Careline?
The Careline alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help them in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line, and a comfortable pendant which goes around the wrist or neck. All attachments are included in the Careline package.
The Careline alarm can easily be installed and tested by the user. Once the test is complete, the user will be connected to our 24-hour care team.
In an emergency, the alarm user simply presses the red button on their pendant and the monitoring team will respond. The situation is assessed over the base unit's loudspeaker and help if found in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
